More than 30 years ago, when the English RAC had it's impressive heyday with bands like Skrewdriver, Brutal Attack, No Remorse, Squadron and Skullhead, France also had it's music groups that attracted a lot of attention across national borders: Legion88, Bunker84, Contingent88 or the aforementioned BRUTAL COMBAT. Their powerful music was always a reflection of the rough everyday life on the streets. Honest, straightforward music that didn't sugarcoat anything and implanted barbs in the listeners' brains, as the sounds were directly equivalent to a slap in the face. 12 songs with approx. 35 minutes playing time.
