The Easter bunny has laid a really big egg in our nest: The next milestone in the Endstufe discography, hot off the press from the Rock-O-Rama sound carrier forge straight to your gift table. The second Endstufe album “Skinhead Rock'n'Roll” was forced into oblivion for a “good” 30 years. Now it has risen from the ashes like the phoenix to do blissful rounds in your CD player.

Two songs were dropped compared to the 1st edition, three new songs were added. Two of them were recorded with this album at the time, but were released for singles or samplers. Both are now included on this album, plus another bonus track. The nine songs that were recorded back then have thus become ten on this edition of “Skinhead Rock'n'Roll”, Edition 2023, four of which had to be minimally edited digitally.

During remastering, care was taken to preserve the original sound as much as possible, but still give it more dynamics and a good dose of “oomph”. This makes the heart of every irreproachable savior of cultural assets smile - and the usual suspects in the government barracks cycle grumpily on their cargo bikes through the pothole-ridden weapons ban zones to the office in need of renovation in order to pile up more unpaid overtime ...
