After their successful debut album “Walhalla ruft!” in 1995 on Funny Sounds, the band released their next studio production the very next year, and “Stolz und Stark” is still the best work of the southern German trio around head and founder Ronni. Musically and sonically almost perfectly realized for the conditions at the time and the lyrical statements and content also leave no opportunity to put a finger in the wound with regard to Vikings, Nordic mythology, but also with regard to social criticism, patriotism and self-irony.

This vinyl pressing once again makes eleven catchy Nordwind songs available in a digitally remastered version for interested fans or new listeners who want to rediscover or rediscover this piece of contemporary musical history for themselves. A swinging kick in the fatty asses of all politically correct yes-sayers and naysayers of the downfall of our Western culture!
