Officially available on vinyl for the first time in 33 years (1991)! The only legal Klansmen re-release on the market, not a bootleg pressing, not a “private edition” and not an “imported fan edition” from dubious scene tuners at brothel prices!
This is part 3 of the Klansmen trilogy. As is well known, Klansmen was a studio project consisting of Ian Stuart Donaldson (Skrewdriver) and other well-known musicians from the subcultural English music scene. For legal reasons, no specific names are mentioned here, but anyone with a little knowledge of the music scene at the time will know that at least one person from a well-known psycho-billy band was involved.
Klansmen offer brisk southern rock'n'roll / country rock, enriched with Dixie parts and the genre-typical lyrics that are still likely to get the usual outrage-mongers up in arms. But let's not paint a bleak picture.
Strictly limited to 499 units, hand-numbered, digitally remastered (vinyl mastering), only available in black 12 inch vinyl. 10 songs with approx. 30 minutes playing time.
